• Middle School: Convent of Jesus & Mary School; Rabweh, Lebanon.Graduated in 1989.
•University: Université Paris V – Sorbonne; Paris France; earned Diplôme de la Civilisation Française in 1991.
•Graduate School: American University of Beirut;  Beirut, Lebanon; earned Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Technology, 1996
•Professional Degree: American University of Beirut; Beirut, Lebanon; earned Masters of Science in Nutrition and Food Technology, 2002 (Mabrouk!). My thesis was focused on the Assessment of Malnutrition in Hospitalized Surgical Patients @ the American University Medical Center.

Professional Activities and Accomplishments

• In September 01, I was part of the 10 member Jury which elected Miss Lebanon 2001 @ the Salle des Ambassadors in Casino du Liban (See Photos).
• In October 2000, I published the first Nutrition Book / Guide in the Middle East “Al Regime Al Sarih” (The Fast Diet).
• I have appeared on numerous shows on Lebanese & other Pan Arab Satellite channels as a Health Nutritionist Consultant. To list a few M.B.C. – London,  MTV – Lebanon, Al Manar, Tele Liban, Abu Dhabi Satellite TV, Tele Lumiere, WOW, Syrian Satellite TV, etc…

Ongoing Activities:

• I am a professor of  Nutrition at the  Sahel General Hospital’s School for Nursing in Beirut.
• I practice at three Private Clinics in Beirut, Lebanon for Therapeutic and (Majorly) Weight Loss Diets, especially the High Protein Diet.
• Every Thursday and Saturday, I present the Nutrition Section on the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation’s  (LBCI and LBC-SAT ) daily show  “Naharkon Said” (See Photos).  You can watch my show at 1:00 P.M. Beirut Time (10 A.M. GMT).  You can even call in your questions live to share them with the audience and discuss them on the air (Tel. ++ 961- 9 - 855 255 ).  For those viewing from Europe, the Americas or Australia, please check LBC SAT Grids for your local broadcasting.
• I am a regular guest on “Ouyoun Beirut”. This show is broadcasted live on Orbit’s (Al Salisa) Channel.
• I also appear on “Alamouha”, broadcasted on the Arab Radio & Television’s (A.R.T.) Entertainment Channel.
• I am frequent guest spokesperson on Lebanese Radio Stations as a Health Nutritionist Consultant. To list a few, Sawt Al Ghad, Sawt Loubnan (VDL), Radio Al Charq (Radio Orient), National Broadcasting Network ( NBN ),  Radio Monte Carlo (RMC),  Radio Delta, Light FM,  Radio Paradise, Lebanese Radio, Radio Sawt Al Noujoum, Voice of Van, etc…
• I am a regular contributor of articles to the Press. Articles signed by me & interviews as a Health Nutritionist Consultant appear in different Lebanese & other Pan Arab Publications ( See:  Press Releases ).

• During 2002, I will be visiting different Arab Gulf Countries to participate in lectures on healthy nutrition and nutraceutical foods.
