The 1000 Calories Diet

THIS WORKS GREAT FOR SUPER FAST WEIGHT LOSS & WHEN YOU HAVE NO TIME TO THINK.
The diet is 1000 calories equilibrated a day diet & 1200-500 for maintenance. The point of the diet is LOW CALORIE. So the menu can be changed any way you want. Any DIET low in calorie will help you lose a TON of weight. Try My Diet Menu Plan #1 or My Diet Menu Plan #2

Menu Plan #1
Breakfast – 200 cals (if you are not hungry at breakfast – just have as little as you want & eat more at lunch or dinner).
1 grapefruit juice and 1 egg
Or 1 slice of ham with toast & a ½ pat of butter
Or 1 egg + 2 slices ham
Or 2 slices of bacon on 1 toast
Or 1 low fat yogurt & 1 toast
Or 1 slice regular bread or 2 diet breads with butter & jelly
Or fruit shake

Lunch – 400 cals
4 ounces of chicken or beef with 2 cups of vegetables.
*Stir, fry, boil, or bake with some oil or in soup form etc.
*Corn, avocados are not allowed as veggies.
Or ½ cup of pasta with 2 cups of vegetables (like tomato)
Or ½ cup of rice with 3 oz/of chicken of beef (no oil)
Or 2 pieces of toast with lettuce tomatoe & 2 slices of ham

Dinner – 400 cals (same as lunch)
Snack *take a snack only for maintenance
Anything 100-300 calories. ½ cup ice cream… 1 diet or soya based chocolate bar etc.

This is what I do when I only need 2 - 5 Kgs. more to go & the weight just WONT COME OFF!

Menu
I eat only one meal a day (anything I want, within reason not over 800 calories) even at a restaurant and Mc Donalds, Burger King, Tacobell, Wendys. The other two meals I make a shake of fruits, water & ice or a slim fast (but natural has less calories) Fruit Juice: melons, plums, oranges, papayas)This helps me to not have to count my calories & it helps me to have 1 meal a day with my family.
