Quick Tips

  • Do not eat more than 20 grams of Carbohydrates Daily
  • You may eat up to 3 cups of Salad Vegetables or 1 cup Cooked Vegetables
  • You may eat whenever you are hungry (calories do not count)
  • NOTE: I did count my calories & lost weight faster. This diet consists of pure proteins, pure fats (butter, olive oil, canola oil, vegetable oil, mayonnaise etc…) and any combinations of proteins & fats.
  • You can eat as much fat as you want…
  • What is not allowed is CARBOHYDRATES (this is a major no-no). You may drink water, coffee (decaf), tea, diet soda (read label). Any drink with 0 Carbohydrates are allowed.
  • NOTE:  I drank coffee &/or took caffeine/ herbal pills and I still losing weight. Using a carbohydrate counter (one could make a list of foods totaling 20 carbohydrates or less). This is my #1 suggestion.
  • Join a Low carbohydrate Group! This is one of my best suggestions. Doing all this will most likely ensure a fast weight loss (read the book for medical facts).
  • If you want to take appetite suppressants with this diet then do not drink coffee, drink decaffeinated coffee or tea (warning Note: Don’t do both, you can over stimulate).
  • If you are very hungry on this very low calorie diet take herbal appetite suppressants midmorning and mid afternoon like metabolift or diet fuel + a fat reducer like Xenadrine.
  • If you take appetite suppressants then do not drink any caffeine products you will over stimulate. Read the warning labels.
  • Read about Diet Pills. The good and bad aspect of Diet Pills Mahuang/Ephedra and Guarana/Caffeine. See our Free Calorie counter which shows you the calories in regular food as well as the most famous Fast Food Restaurants. Drink water or diet soda or any diet drink without sugar (only diet sugar).
  • Free food meats & cheese 0 carbohydrates. You can eat as much meat & cheese, as you want. 
  • Atkins says some people have problem with cheese and some luncheon meats. They may contain hidden sugars and carbohydrates. Read your food labels. If you do not lose weight try eliminating some cheese or certain luncheon meats from your diet.
  • Meat Fish Fowl Shellfish Eggs Cheese
  • Beef Tuna Chicken Oysters Scrambled Aged & Fresh
  • Pork Salmon Turkey Mussels Fried Cow & Goat
  • Lamb Sole Duck Clams poached Cream Cheese
  • Bacon Trout Goose Squid Soft Boiled Cottage Cheese
  • Veal Flounder Cornish Hen Shrimp Hard Boiled Swiss
  • Ham Sardines Quail Lobster Deviled Cheddar
  • Sausage Herring Pheasant Crabmeat Omelet Mozzarella 
  • Salad Vegetables These veggies have 10% or less of your daily carbohydrate intake Lettuce, Romaine, Escarole, Argula, endive, Radicchio, Chicory, Sorrel, Mache, Bok, Choy, Chives, Parsley, Cucumber, Radishes, Fennel, Peppers, Celery, Jicama, Posse, Pied, Alfalfa, Sprouts, Mushrooms, Morels, Olives.
  • Other raw or cooked vegetables These veggies have some carbohydrates-please limit to 1 cup per day      Asparagus, String or Wax Beans, Cabbage, Beet Greens, Cauliflower, Chard, Eggplant, Kale, Kohlrabi, Tomato, Onion, Rhubarb, Scallions, Leeks, Spinach, Summer Squash, Zucchini, Okra, Pumpkin, Turnips, Avocado, Bamboo Shoots, Bean, Sprouts water, Chestnuts snow Pea Pods Sauerkraut, Collard, Greens, Dandelion Greens, Christophene, Broccoli, Spaghetti, Squash Celery, Root Brussels, Sprouts, Artichoke Hearts, Hearts.
